APPROACH

At The Skin Boutique, we ask you to arrive 5 minutes before your appointment so that you can complete your consultation or consent forms in peace.

If you need to cancel or postpone your appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance.

If you arrive late for your appointment, we may have to shorten the treatment time in order to take the next customer into consideration.

DATES

Please book your desired date in advance to avoid disappointment.

If you are using a Skin Boutique gift voucher for a treatment, please quote the gift voucher number when booking your appointment to reserve and secure your appointment.

SCHEDULING & DELAYS

To cancel and/or reschedule your treatment, you must notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you do not notify us in time, 50% of the treatment costs will be charged. In the event of a no-show without prior notification, the appointment will be charged in full. Agreed appointments are binding.

The duration and scope of the treatment depend on the individual consultation and your skin condition. We make recommendations, but the decision on the type of treatment is up to the customer. If an appointment cannot be kept due to force majeure or for other reasons for which we are not responsible, we will inform you immediately, provided that the contact details you have provided allow us to contact you in good time. In such a case, we are entitled to postpone the appointment at short notice or withdraw from the contract. Our statutory rights of withdrawal and termination remain unaffected.

We accept EC cards, cash and all major credit cards at the Skin Boutique. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

STATE OF HEALTH

Please inform us of any allergies, heart complaints, high blood pressure, metal implants or pacemakers as well as any existing pregnancy before you book, as the treatments offered may not be suitable for you in these cases.

MINDSTALTER

The minimum age for treatments with us is 18 years. For minors under the age of 18, a written declaration of consent from parents or legal guardians is required. We cannot guarantee supervision for children under the age of 16.

OFFER

Our offers are subject to change and non-binding. We reserve the right not to answer appointment requests, including those made via our website, or to refuse them without giving reasons.

PERSONAL VALUABLES

Please leave all jewelry and other personal valuables at home as The Skin Boutique cannot be held responsible or liable for lost or misplaced personal items.

WARRANTY

In our treatments, we use products that are tailored to the specific needs of your skin. However, we cannot guarantee compatibility and success, especially if the client does not answer questions adequately or truthfully during the preliminary consultation.

Obvious defects in the treatment must be reported to us by the customer within 10 calendar days of the defect becoming apparent. Otherwise, warranty claims are excluded. Notifications of defects by the customer must be made in writing in order to be effective.

In all other respects, the statutory provisions for warranty claims shall apply.

LIABILITY

Our liability and that of our employees and vicarious agents for contractual breaches of duty or tort is limited to intent and gross negligence. This shall not apply in the event of a breach of material contractual obligations, i.e. obligations whose fulfillment is essential for the proper execution of the contract and on whose compliance the customer may rely. In the case of slight negligence, liability is limited to the foreseeable, typically occurring damage.

The above limitations of liability shall not apply to claims arising from the Product Liability Act, statutory warranty liability or injury to life, limb or health.

PRACTICE ENVIRONMENT

We kindly ask you to turn off your cell phones to preserve the peace and quiet in the Skin Boutique.

PARKING

Unfortunately, The Skin Boutique does not provide customer parking in Winterhude. If you are traveling to your appointment by car, please allow sufficient time.
